Information and content are the seller's property. Any use, reproduction, change or distribution into commercial purposes are completely forbidden. Entry to the website shop is free of charge.
1. PURCHASE PROCEDUREAccording to the article 43 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law (hereinafter referred to as ”ZVPot”) the rules of Distance Selling are used for this purchase.
These are goods made to precise customer's instructions and conformed to the buyer's personal needs, instructions and claims.
The buyer fills in the website order form in the Primawall.com website shop. Before the conclusion of the order the customer should agree with the business conditions published on the seller's website page. As soon as the seller receives the order, he informs the buyer about it by e-mail. After submitting the order the buyer has one hour time to cancel the order. Revocation is possible exclusively by sending a message to the info@primawall.com e-mail address. The seller is not responsible for possible delays in e-mail deliveries to the buyer. After the expiration of time period for revocation the order is considered to be finally confirmed and revocation is no longer possible.
The next working day after the receipt of the order the seller starts processing the order, by which he checks the data accuracy, delivery time and confirms or rejects the order by reason in writing to the e-mail address of the buyer (inquirer). In case of vagueness the seller has the right to call the buyer to the contact telephone number quoted in the order procedure.
The contract relation between the buyer and the seller is considered to be made at the moment when the seller confirms the order as stated in the previous paragraph of these general conditions.
The seller at latest in the period of (five) working days after the order confirmation takes care of the production, packing and despatch. In that case he informs the buyer by e-mail.
The purchase is possible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with the exception when the entry to the website shop is not possible because of maintaining, service or data entering.
If the seller cannot fulfil his obligations, either because the goods were not available or because it was not possible to carry out the order, he will immediately inform the buyer about it. At the moment the buyer receives the message, the contract is considered not to be made.
2. PRODUCTSProducts in the website Primawall.com shop are vinyl foils above all meant for decoration of flat surfaces in dwelling and business places. A high quality foil of Oracal® is used in production. All products are made to a buyer's order and differ according to colour, size and shape.
3. PRICEAll prices stated in the website Primawall.com shop are in EUR. VAT is included in the price. Prices are valid at the moment of order and according to the way of payment as described in item 4.
4. PAYMENT4.1 By payment cards and credit cards
Payment is possible via website shop by Activa, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and V Pay credit cards. Payment is made by submitting the order.
All payments are made in cooperation with the bank offering the newest and technically sophisticated e-payment in accordance with the Visa and MasterCard standards (verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code TM standards).
Primawall does not charge any transaction costs by payment cards or credit cards payment.
5. DELIVERYThe product will be made latest in five working days after the order confirmation in writing defined by the general conditions – third paragraph, item one. Delivery is in charge of national post offices and will be carried out according to their conditions . In case the customer is not at home, he can take over the forwarded goods at the nearest post office upon the receipt. The seller is not responsible for any delay from the side of postal service.
To avoid unexpected customs fees or duties, check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies. Primawall.com is not responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes charged by your customs department.
6. EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS (FACTUAL DEFECTS)According to the "ZVPot” item 2, paragraph 5, article 43 č the buyer has no right to revoke the already made contract.
According to the Code of Obligations (hereinafter referred to as OZ-1) the buyer may revoke the contract only in the following cases:
1.) if the product has not characteristics necessary for its usual use;
2.) if the product has not characteristics necessary for special use of the buyer, which was or should have been known by the seller;
3.) if the product has not characteristics or distinctions, which were especially or tacitly agreed or prescribed;
4.) if the seller delivered the product which does not match with the sample or model except the sample or model was presented only because of information;
The buyer can according to the ZVPot provisions claim his factual defects if he informs the seller about the defect within two months from the day the defect was found out.
The buyer must precisely describe the defect in writing and make the seller possible to check the product.
The seller, who correctly informed the seller about the defect of the product, has the right to clam from the seller to exchange the defective product with a new one perfect one ore return a part of the purchase price in proportion to the defect or to return the entire purchase price.
The seller is not responsible for eventual damages of the base on which the products are installed or damages of the products arriving from the unskilled installation or use.
7. THE POSSIBILITY OF EXCHANGE OR RETURNING PRODUCTSThe buyer can send eventual claims by e-mail to the address info(a)primawall.com.
The seller and the buyer shall make every effort to resolve any dispute amicably. In case the amicable solution will not be possible, the disputes will be solved by the competent court in Ljubljana - Slovenia.
8. POSSIBILITY OF DEFECTS OR CHANGESThe seller reserves the right to eventual defects by the quoted descriptions or prices of products. Pictures are symbolic and do not always reflect the actual fact. Colours of the products displayed in the website shop may differ from actual colours of the products because of various computer equipment installation and configuration.
9. DATA SECURITYAll data submitted by the order are exclusively used for the purpose of internal processing and will be by no means transferred to a third party. The seller is obliged to ensure the permanent personal data security.
